Hi there. I’m Bailey and I’m your osteopath for neck and back pain and babies who need some extra support

I’m a New Zealand trained Osteopath. I moved to Brisbane at the start of 2025 and I love the lifestyle and work-life balance that it offers. I have a wide range of experience treating a range of people, from newborns and children through to older adults. I have a particular interest in paediatric care, neck and back pain, but I enjoy supporting people through all stages of life.

I have a particular interests in:

• Pregnancy and postpartum care  

What you can expect from a consultation with me:

I like to hear about how your issue started in your own words. Even when things sneak up on us, there’s often something that started it, even though we may not be aware of it at the time. I find that hearing your story helps me tailor my treatments more specifically to you as an individual. I take the time to explain what I’m doing so that you can feel comfortable, confident and relaxed during your treatment.

My treatment style is hands on and primarily structural. This means that I will generally use massage techniques, joint mobilisation, and occasional spinal manipulation (with your consent). If you prefer a gentler treatment style, I will integrate techniques including functional techniques and cranial osteopathy, to ensure your treatment is suited to you.

I believe that what you do outside the treatment room counts. Factors such as environment, posture, and work demands influence how pain presents and may affect recovery. I try to include clear, practical education within my sessions. This is often through simple exercises or ergonomic adjustments that can make a big difference.

Qualifications and additional learning:

Bachelor Musculoskeletal Health (B. MsKH) 

Postgraduate Diploma in Osteopathy (PGdip.Ost) 

I regularly attend courses or online workshops in my spare time to further my knowledge and refine my skills. I have completed additional training in Paediatric Osteopathy.
