Our Osteopaths are university trained experts in how the body moves. And we’re here to help.

At Pivot we provide individualised, one-on-one consultations, with a focus on long-term results.

We use a three-pronged treatment approach, combining hands-on therapy with exercises and education. Our aim is to reduce your pain in the short-term and help you build your ‘health toolbox’ for better long-term results.

Treatment at Pivot

At Pivot we want you to have the best treatment outcome possible. Therefore we focus on individualised care that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle.

Each treatment session is a personalised, one-on-one session that usually includes:

  • Discussion about your areas of pain, your movement goals and relevant history

  • A physical assessment, which may include orthopedic or neurological testing where clinically indicated

  • Hands-on treatment that is tailored to your individual problem

  • Education about your condition and ‘tools’ for your health toolbox

  • At-home management strategies and/or exercises

Our appointments are 40 to 55 minutes long. We run longer sessions because we know how important it is to take the time to understand you and ensure that you understand your problem.
