Bailey has experience with a wide range of issues. Her passions are neck and back pain and working with babies, including torticollis, tongue ties and plagiocephaly support.

With a background in dance and ten plus years of Pilates teaching, Alison is our movement expert. She loves working with a variety of issues including back and neck pain, pregnancy, post-partum and pelvic health. She has additional training in the Perrin Technique

Dr Mikaela Ruetschi (Osteopath)
Associate Osteopath
Mikaela supports women at all life stages and cares for babies and children. She has a particular interest in PCOS, endometriosis, pregnancy, including breech baby support, postpartum care, and movement-based rehabilitation.

Becky loves working with people of all ages, but has a special interest in babies and children, neck, jaw and complex issues including Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME

Liz is our pregnancy and pelvic health expert. She loves helping people through pregnancy, post-partum as well as working through those tricky pelvic health issues that can arise.
