we believe that if you move well,
you’ll feel better.
At Pivot Osteopathy and our sister clinic Pregnancy and Beyond Osteopathy we want you to have the best treatment outcome possible. Therefore we focus on individualised care that aligns with your goals and your lifestyle.
Each treatment session is a personalised, one-on-one session that usually includes:
Discussion about your areas of pain, your movement goals and relevant history
A physical assessment, which may include orthopedic or neurological testing where clinically indicated
Hands-on treatment that is tailored to your individual problem
Education about your condition and ‘tools’ for your health toolbox
At-home management strategies and/or exercises
You deserve care that treats you as a whole person — not just your symptoms.
Our appointments are 30 to 60 minutes long. We run longer sessions because we know how important it is to take the time to understand you and ensure that you understand your problem.
